VINEYARD-RURAL ESTATE

The estate is located in the area of Waltz, Prov. Tarragona. An area of 395 hectares, 13 hectares are vineyards cultivar Parellada and the remaining area is sredizemnomorskikh forest, used for hunting (as a business).

The estate consists of two houses, one main house with two floors of 150m2 each floor and the house for employees, with two floors, an area of about 100m2 each. In addition the estate has a wine cellar, storeroom and room for livestock.
