On the first floor there are: an entrance hall, a guest toilet, an equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room with access to a covered terrace, to the garden and to the pool, and two bedrooms with private bathrooms.

On the second floor: a large bedroom or a common room, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and a large south terrace with sea views.

Ground floor: a garage for 1 car (possibly an extension), as well as a large pantry or a multipurpose room that can be converted into a gym, home theater, etc.
