Savanna Sands Condo Resort is the newest project from Universal Group Thailand. This time the Universal Group made an African theme. Their first development in Pattaya is the low-rise condominium Seven Seas Resort Jomtien Condo, a water-themed condominium consisting of more than 1500 units, launched in October 2012.

Savanna Sands will include three 26-story towers, a total of 1499 units. In addition, the project will include a 7-storey hotel and apartments for 150 rooms. The infrastructure will include a tropical water park and a river with a slow current.

The project will consist of: studios measuring 26 sq. m., apartments with one bedroom measuring 35 or 37 sq. m., two-bedroom apartments of 56, 62 or 65 sq. m. All apartments will be fully furnished.
