A unique project of Center Point in the center of London. This is the only high-rise in such a central place on the north side of the river, on Oxford street. It can be seen almost from anywhere in the city center.

Initially, the office tower Center Point in Oxford Street was built in 1966 by the architect George Marsh. The building was built in just three years and it rises 117 meters above the ground. In October 2005, the tower was bought by Almacantar for 85 million. Now the company owner reconstructs the project for a residential complex with elite apartments. The design of the building will be in the style of the 60s.
