This property is set along the banks of the River Ania close to the city of Barga. It consists of a main house, a chestnut drying shed, dependence and pool house. There is another distant barn but it has not be restored. The mill recieved a special commendation from the mayor when it was completed and is remembered by many of the local population when it was working.
