Holiday House "Izvor" is a complex of two buildings - a five-story hotel building (4 floors + sutherens) with an area of 2100 m2 and a two-storey restaurant building with an area of 650 m2, connected by a transition. The restaurant also has a warehouse and a garage. Buildings require cosmetic repairs, kitchen equipment of the restaurant requires replacement. The buildings have their own transformer for 400 kW. The hotel building was built in 1970 and is a reinforced concrete bearing structure with brick filling. In 2009, a well-known Bulgarian design organization from the city of Varna carried out a full engineering and technical survey of the bearing structures of the building. According to the issued report and conclusion the building is suitable for further use, does not require reinforcement and repair of load-bearing structures and walls.

60 double and triple rooms of the hotel are equipped with a bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view of the park and the sea. There is a room for maids on every floor. On the ground floor there is a reception and an office. Restaurant with panoramic windows and marble floor.

For investors, an investment project is proposed for the construction of the apartment complex "Izvor", which includes the existing building of the Holiday House "Izvor", a large plot of land - a park, a project for the reconstruction of the existing building and construction of a new one, a permit for construction and reconstruction.

The project provides for the reconstruction of the existing building by the partial (in the central part) superstructure of the 6th floor to create elite two-level apartments of 100 m2 and the redevelopment of existing rooms by creating two-room apartments of 50 and 58 m2. each apartment will consist of a living room with built-in kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms and a small hall.
