This Villa is built in the style of Greek Islands, located in the complex on the coastline of Paphos. A couple of minutes stroll leads to the small picturesque Bay for swimming. Area home starts with a Parking space where a couple of steps lead to the main entrance to the house. To the left of the entrance, on an Eminence, is a spacious covered porch with wooden decking and rattan furniture, and directly in front of the house pool with overflow and the possibility of using sea water. the First floor of the Villa consists of a large living/dining room with Italian furniture, a separate kitchen with appliances, bathroom. Further, a picturesque staircase leads to the second floor where are located three bedrooms (main with EN-Suite bathroom and dressing room), large bathroom. The third floor houses a small room which can be used as an office or fourth bedroom, from here there is access to a large terrace with glass fence, ratanbai furniture and a barbecue. Then a couple of steps leads to a second small terrace with wooden deck, Jacuzzi and exercise equipment. Here is a spectacular circular view of the sea, the mountains and the city.
