Buyers are invited to a project to build a new hotel in the medical and recreational area on the island, directly on the beach. This will be a three-storey building, available for visits to all guests, including those with disabilities. Gastronomic hotel department is also available to visitors who are not lodgers of the hotel. Guests can also use the services of a cultural center, located within walking distance and offers a theater, a cinema, a library, conference rooms, as well as velness- center.

The hotel is open all year round. The concept provides for his visit for a holiday, vacation, recreation, rehabilitation. The hotel will provide the possibility to hold seminars, consultations, meetings. For this purpose, provided appropriate equipment and furnishings.
The project was developed in cooperation with the city administration
Borkum. It is assumed opening of the hotel in the years 2019-2020.
