In addition, the building is located near the historic part of the city - Ricksdorf. This famous beautiful and picturesque area, which was built from the Prussian village of the 14th century, still combines the original atmosphere of that time thanks to its low-rise classical brick houses, stone cobbled streets and ancient trees.

The district of Neuklln, located in the south-west of Berlin, is at the same time the most dubious district of Berlin due to its multinational nature, but also one of the most popular rapidly developing ones. The main population consists of immigrant families, young artists, fashion and style representatives, students, as well as young families from all over Europe.

The influx of representatives of the young intelligentsia, artists and musicians to the area served as an impetus to the opening of all kinds of leading restaurants and bars, and also positively influenced the cultural life of Neuklln. Numerous bars of the area are often mentioned in the New York Times, which recommended it as a favorite place for recreation and entertainment in Berlin, and recently Neuklln won the eleventh place in the project Intercultural Cities of the Council of Europe due to the multinationality and multi-confessionalness of its local population.
