A very beautiful corner building was built in 1930 and completely renovated a few years ago. During the restoration work, a modern elevator was installed in the house. The private garden of the house is well maintained and decorated with bronze statues. All cable infrastructure is fully updated in 2012, and a year before, in 2011, during the overhaul, all the windows of the building were also replaced.
This six-story building is located in a very convenient location Wilmersdorf - on Dusseldorfstrasse. The layout of the apartments is made taking into account the use of each meter of usable area. Such a competent architectural solution made it possible to use the entire area, without corridors and unused spaces.
Wilmersdorf - is located in the south-west of Berlin, one of the central areas of the western part of Berlin, bordered by Charlottenburg. The Wilmersdorf district is considered a very prestigious district of Berlin (the average income of residents in Wilmersdorf exceeds the Berlin average income). Since about half of the houses were destroyed during the Second World War, not only the old chic villas and mansions are located in the district, but also the multi-apartment houses built after the war. Almost the whole western part of the district is occupied by forests and lakes. We can say that in this area there were two opposites: nature and concrete city. This part of the district (micro-districts Grunewald and Schmargendorf) belongs to the most beloved and expensive areas of Berlin. In Wilmersdorf, celebrities always lived: politicians, economists, scientists and cultural figures. There are many embassies and ambassadorial residences here. The region is characterized by excellent infrastructure. In the center of the district is an extensive network of public transport (metro U3, U7, U9, city electric train S41 / 42). The city motorway A100 also passes through the district. In the Grnewald and Schmargendorf districts, the bus network and the S7 city train.
