San Casciano Val di Pesa, Near Florence, surrounded by olive groves, woods and sowed fields, rises up this historical stone house with magnificent panoramic views, which initially was a strategic medieval fortress, built around the TWELFTH century.
In the XV century it was a monastery, and, in the end, during the XVIII century, it turned into a farm. The estate has been carefully preserved and restored, and today it can be considered a unique example of Tuscan rural architecture.
