The estate is located in the Umbrian countryside and includes the following units:

- The owner's villa: 4 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, office, laundry room, utility room, workshop, technical facilities ,, cellar, portico for the summer holidays and a private garden.

- The building is divided into 5 independent apartments.

- The building is divided into 2 apartments, plus a warehouse to maintain the production facilities.

- Building with 2 apartments, offices and press for squeezing olives.

- The building with the equipment for bottling, a warehouse, a portico and a canopy for parking tractors.

Drinking water is supplied with the estate of 4 wells with artesian water, and industrial water taken from the lake, which is located in the territory.

The estate has 63 hectares of which 43 hectares are olive trees (approximately 800sht) 3 hectares - hazel and 17 hectares - the forest.

The farm produces olive oil 100/130 quintals Extravergine Biologico (Registered appellation of origin). Produced 800 bottles per hour.

There are all necessary for the product equipment: a press capable of processing 30 quintals of olives per day, equipment for bottling oil bottles, their clogging and adhesion of labels.
