Lovely Villa in Puglia, in the resort town of Gallipoli, just 5 km from the sea. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with rare and valuable plants, mainly of the citrus family (about 120 trees). The age of some plants in the garden has more than 100 years. The garden area is 9. 800 sq. meters. Watering of all trees, ornamental plants and lawn is provided by a centralized irrigation system from own artesian wells.
Square two-storey Villa is 900 sq. m.
On the ground floor there are living room (100 sq metres) with a large fireplace, which leads to the second floor a marble staircase. From the lounge there is access into the dining room for 10 seats with a small fireplace connected to a spacious kitchen on the first floor. On the ground floor there is an additional small apartment for guests with separate entrance, private kitchen with fireplace and two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower – shared for two bedrooms. From the kitchen through a small service corridor is a staircase leading down to the wine cellar, with an area of 60 sq meters. From the service hallway there is access also to a spacious veranda, a local stone, quarried near the town of Gallipoli, with glazed arched window openings. There is also a second entrance Laundry room with separate toilet, and two rooms for storage of furniture and equipment for the care of the garden and swimming pool.
On the second floor there are: kitchen with access to the living room, another living room, three bedrooms each with a bathroom, a Laundry room, a dressing room with 4 wardrobes, access to which is carried out by a small private staircase.

The whole Villa is surrounded by a stone wall, the height of which from two sides of 2.5 meters, and the other two – 3 meters.
In the heating system used cast iron radiators, and the boiler runs on diesel fuel.
Hot water for bathrooms, showers and kitchens is served from an integrated heating system which includes solar panels on 120 litres and, if necessary, the heat exchangers of the Central heating boiler.
On the roof of the main building, lined with ceramic tiles, with views of Gallipoli, installed solar capacity of 10 kW, providing electricity for the needs of the building.
The Villa is located 3 kilometers from Gallipoli, with its beach area and port. In this area is quite developed tourist infrastructure.
