Perugia. In a beautiful, quiet, panoramic location, just 6 km from the city Perugia is a farm with production of wine and oil area of 19 hectares. There is a residential building with an area of 500 sqm, a wine cellar, several outbuildings and all the necessary agricultural machinery.
