The total surface area of the property is 1300 m², of which 700 m² of garden, 300 m² of parking space with additional amenities, 200 m² of main building en 80 m² of annexe.
The main building has two levels and an attic (200m²). The utility room (oven, washing and drying machine) is next to the house with an independent access. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a completely equipped kitchen, a bedroom for the owners, a living area with a bar, a private bathroom and a storage room. At the back of the house there’s a sunny private terrace. The complete first level is used for the B&B activity. There are three spacious guestrooms having their own integrated bathroom. They are equipped with airconditioning, Wi-Fi connection and TV. The floors in the bedrooms are made of parquet, those in the bathrooms of travertine. There’s a total capacity of 7 beds for guests in the house. Next to the guestrooms there’s a large breakfast room with a kitchen and buffet table. All the rooms, except for the one at the back, have their own balcony. Every space has central heating. An alarm and video surveillance system has been installed.
The studio integrated in the dependence at the back of the garden can accomodate up to three persons and is equipped with airconditioning, Wi-Fi and TV. There is a large bed, a sitting area with mini bar and a bathroom.
The dependence also consists of an open kitchen with pizza oven, an utility room and another bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There’s a terrace surrounding it with a covered pergola.
There is a parking space next to the house and also on the other side of the street, where there’s a private parking area, a small garden house, a bowling green and plant beds. The big garden has artificial lawns, flower borders, passageways, a jacuzzi, a heated and salt swimming pool (9x5 m, depth from 0,9 to 1,5 m).
