An elite winery is located, producing award-winning wines of Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino, located in a place famous for its pristine beauty and pristine nature.

The living area of the estate is about 1800 sq. m., including large professionally equipped cellars, the land area covers an area of 46 hectares.

Buildings: the main building of the farm is a beautiful old country house of the 13th century. It is divided into seven apartments, six of which are used as a residence for summer holidays, and in one apartment the owners live. There are cellars, a tasting room and various offices.

Recently, a large basement was constructed to store tools and machinery, several auxiliary rooms and staff apartments.

Near the pool there is a small outbuilding with a shower, a dressing room, a toilet and a pleasant sitting area. There is a swimming pool 6x12 m. And a swimming pool with heated water.
