The complex consists of a main villa, limonaia, and farmhouse, currently divided into two. The villa is divided into two and has been partially restored into luxury bed and breakfast accomodation with pool. It is a typical Lucchese style with mainly original floors and exposed beams on the ground floor and second floors. When the restoration was undertaken care was taken with the roof and floor re-inforcements. The 3000 mq of flat parkland is completely walled apart from one extra field outside the walls. The limonaia shown in the fifth photograph is zoned commercial and was used for fashion shows and interior design exhibitions before the owner retired. This limonaia is a stunning feature of the property as it is double height and lit with spot lights. This would make an excellent clubhouse. The farmhouse is not restored but does have a project for it to make two semi-detached houses. These could be staff quarters or if someone to make a residential investment, it could just make two large, semi-detached homes. The area is residential so the property is not in the middle of nowhere. It has very easy access along completely public, tarmac roads apart from the last 50 m that is a gravel driveway.
