The ancient part of the villa has a squared plan on which are built three floors and a sloping roof on which is located a small tower. The tower is characterized by gothic windows from which it is possible to admire the city of Pisa and the famous Piazza dei Miracoli. The ground floor is composed by a threshold with a central double arch, the billiard room, a small living room with an ancient empire stove, the staircase to the first floor, where the piano room, three bedrooms and a small kitchen are located. The second floor is comprehensive of further four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace from which to enjoy the amazing view of the beautiful countryside, of the hills and of the city of Pisa. A long hallway connects the piano room on the first floor with eight bedrooms and four bathrooms.
On the ground floor, left from the threshold there is a private chapel, a living room and a large dining room. Beyond the dining room there is a newly renovated kitchen with a larder, two bathrooms, an informal living room and some additional service rooms.
The garden surrounding the villa is 5,671069 acres and is comprehensive of a large field with high trees, delimited by a fence made of maritime pines and a tennis court, in addition to other fruit trees and a berceau.
In the surrounding of the villa there are further buildings, including the farm and other constructions. The whole complex is only three miles away from the city of Pisa, on the road for Lucca (which is eleven miles away). The Pisa airport is only fifteen minutes in driving distance.
