Currently the villa is used as a bed & breakfast, but it was originally intended to stay. In it you will find 5 bedrooms overlooking the sea or the hills versilskie, living room with fireplace and TV, library, large patio area, perfect for breakfast outdoors and a terrace with panoramic views. All rooms are air-conditioned and conducted wi-fi. A few steps from the villa are working excellent trattorias and gourmet restaurants.

The owners are very protective of the environment, so hot water is heated by the new solar panels. On the territory grow a lot of olive trees, pines, cypresses, chestnuts, fruit trees, among which are perfectly blended pool. Established ecological system of using salt water, which allows to significantly reduce the amount of its consumption.
