Castiglione del Lago. Just a few minutes from the medieval town of Montepulciano, with panoramic views of Umbria and Tuscany, is the brick country house with private garden and outbuildings.



Building. Country house, all typical Tuscan villa, located on two levels, on the ground floor were the stables for the farm animals, and on the second floor were living quarters for the farmer and located room. Currently, after careful thought over the restoration, construction of the building has retained its authentic atmosphere. The floors are made of cotto stone and ceilings exposed wooden beams.
