The house has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, one of which has a bath and five with a shower.

The layout allows to live practically independently of each other to two related families - two separate entrances, two separate kitchens. For joint use - garage, billiard room with a library, sauna, swimming pool, cinema hall.
