the Current winery is located in the traditional wine region of Montenegro Crmnica.

the Vineyards are located on fertile land less than 5 kilometers from the coast and 7 kilometres from the national Park Skadar lake.

the Farm covers around 2 hectares of land. The vineyards are situated on a cascading plot of land with a slight slope.

the property lies at an altitude of about 20 meters above sea level.

the Estate features a wine cellar of 150 m2 residential house with 2 bedrooms 100 m2, a tasting room of 40 m2 with terrace of 50 m2 and economic structure of 60 m2, designed to accommodate staff, here is a warehouse.

the property is suitable, a new asphalt road.

the Farm has more than 5,000 fruit-bearing vines. Some of the vines over 120 years, giving the wine a unique taste and recognizable quality.

in Addition to the vines on the estate, there are about 100 olive trees, dozens of fruit trees (peaches, apples, figs and others).

the Manor is fully equipped with appliances, mechanisms and tools necessary for running a winery. Wine cellar fully equipped for production and storage of wine.

Has all the necessary permits and licenses for the production of wine. For planting new vines additional permissions are required.
