Each buyer is given the opportunity to give his home an individual style and adapt it to his needs and tastes. The useful area of the villa is 193 m2, and the area of the two adjoining gardens is about 100 m2. The owner of the villa also owns a parking space in the hotel's nearby parking garage.

The villas are not only finished with modern materials and equipment, but also fully furnished with high-quality furniture of modern design, ranging from sofas and beds, up to dinners and bed linen. At the finishing stage, the buyer can take part in the selection of materials and furniture.

The first floor of the villa is an open space in which there is a living room, a dining room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a technical room. The living room opens onto the garden, which is located on the south side of the villa. On the second floor there are three spacious bedrooms, each with a direct view of the sea.
