The house is located in Tivat, about 800m from the sea, above Porto Montenegro. There is clean air and beautiful view of the Bay of Tivat.

The house consists of three floors with a total area of 263 m² including a garage of 19 m² on the ground floor.

It consists of: three bedrooms (15. 6m², 12. 5m² and 13. 4m²), kitchen (30m²), living room (42. 5m²), two bathrooms (the first 14 m² with sauna, bath for two and a shower with hydro masseur), toilet, living room, bedroom with fireplace, three balconies, two terraces (24. 3m² and 19. 3m²), veranda (31m²), storage.
