Cottage "YAVORAK" is located in the seaside town of Chan exactly in the middle of the Montenegrin seaside. This location provides convenient access to two international airports Tivat and Podgorica, as well as to the railway station in Sutomore. It is surrounded by ancient stone houses with a 500-year history, next to it there is a spring with fine drinking water. The distance to the beach is 1200 m, you can walk along the green and shady valley along the creek, or you can take one stop on the city bus.
The territory of the cottage is terraced, the upper terrace is a house and a courtyard, the lower is an orange garden. From the courtyard offers a magnificent view of the sea, a wide valley and the mountain Veli Grad. Chan beach is pebbly-sandy, one of the most beautiful in Primorye. Equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Around the beach there are many restaurants, cafes, shops with a beach assortment. From the beach of Chan, boats are constantly plying the most beautiful beach of Montenegro "Kralichna plazha", where there is access only from the sea.
Cottage "Yavorak" has 2 floors connected by an external staircase. On the 1st floor there is a living room, a kitchen-dining room, a bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washbasin, toilet and bath. From the balcony of the 2nd floor a staircase with wrought iron handrails leads to the flat roof of the cottage, which has a terrace with panoramic views of the sea, mountains and a wide green valley. It is built of natural stone. Thick walls (60 cm) protect the summer from the heat, and in winter from the cold.
The cottage is designed for 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children and is rented completely. In the yard there is furniture for rest.

Living room
The living room is furnished with a set of soft leather furniture. There is a TV and DVD. The sofa is laid out on the sleeper.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with modern kitchen furniture, a dining table, chairs, a refrigerator, an electric oven and a set of necessary kitchen and dining utensils.
Bedrooms
Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Entrance to them leads from a common long balcony through a small hallway. The bedrooms adjoin the bathroom. In one of the bedrooms is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV. In the other two separate beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. Bed linen is changed every 5 days, towels are served every 3 days.
