The Villa is situated in a quiet secluded place, and at the same time close to beautiful beaches, resorts, restaurants and Golf courses. South-facing and offers views of the national Park “Reserva Natural do Sapal”.

Comprises of: entrance hall, spacious living room with wood burning fireplace, dining area, large kitchen fully equipped with appliances. All of the rooms on the first floor have sliding French doors with access to the terrace and garden, pool (7,5 x 4,5 m) and the barbecue area.

Down the marble staircase you get to another floor with three bedrooms. Master bedroom with EN Suite bathroom, other two with shared bathroom. All bedrooms also have sliding French doors with access to garden and pool.
