The hotel with restaurant is located near Ljubljana, 14 km from the city center and only 7 km from the ring road. The object, built in 1995, is located in a valley on a small hill, surrounded by meadows and forests. The complex itself consists of two objects. The first of these is a restaurant with a total area of about 700 m2. On the ground floor there is a restaurant hall (approximately 100 seats), a reception, an aperitif bar, a banquet hall, a kitchen with all the ancillary facilities, an office and a bathroom for guests. At the same level, there is a spacious summer terrace of 125 m2. There is also an unfinished room of about 180 m2, where you can place a club, a conference room, etc. In the attic there are five double rooms (three of them with a balcony). Near the object there is an additional building in which additional rooms are located on three floors (total area of 180 m2). The property is located in a picturesque quiet and green environment.
