TERMS of the TRANSACTION:
The land owner must confirm availability of funds from the investor or Bank guarantee in the amount of 200 000 - 250 000 me.
The legal status of the transaction: the offer of the owner of the land - the profit is divided 50/50.
He is ready to take care of all the organizational work associated with the construction of the complex and receipt of all documents.
Period of sale of apartments of the time of construction: 12 months
