Golf courses are a few minutes away by car, and the southern airport of Queen Sofia is 27 km away.
Building
Very spacious house with a beautiful living room, from which there is a direct exit to the inner courtyard. The villa has been completely renovated to high standards, including marble floors, double glazing with aluminum shutters and a garage. Separately there are guest apartments attached to the house, which can also be converted into an office or a gym in accordance with your needs. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and dressing room.
