A winery, is located next to the town of Humilia, Murcia province, in the suburb of Parache spruce Prado. Year of construction 2002. The first floor of an area of more than 500 m2 is divided into a production zone and a spill zone, a warehouse, a wine sale shop, a tasting room, a dining room with a kitchen are completed behind the shop floor. 

The total area of the winery is 7. 170 m2, which houses the winery. In addition there is a plot of 12,000 m2 that is under the vineyards and fruit trees. There is a possibility of new buildings. The plant is equipped with modern industrial equipment, there are underground tanks (30 thousand liters), containers of stainless steel (60 thousand liters), barrels of French and American oak (capacity 12,5 thousand liters). There are installations for automatic watering of fields. Productivity of the enterprise is 102 thousand liters with the possibility of increasing up to 300 thousand euros.
