This is a new design system in the style of modern minimalism, the villa is located in the Martorell, San Estebe de Sesrovires, in a beautiful mountainous area. 

Project Golf Hills, located near the golf club of Barcelona in the zone of San Esteba Sesrovires, 6 minutes by car from the international school of Agora, one of the modern schools of the NACE group. The area is located in a mountainous area, here the most beautiful scenery and fresh air, a 35-minute drive is the beach of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in a rich area. 

The construction consists of 5 concrete modules, all materials of high quality. The villa has 4 floors, including a garage for two cars. Each module includes large windows, ranging from floor to ceiling with access to the balcony, in total the house has five balconies with terraces for relaxation, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Outside, next to the house there is a swimming pool, surrounded by a lawned territory, where you can spend time on hot summer days.

On the way between the beach and the mountain range, this area is famous, among people with wealth, here there are many villas. A little to the north of Sant Estebe Sesrovires is the famous Montserrat, rich in its history. 

The road to Barcelona you take about 35 minutes by car, you can drive along the coast, visit the famous seaside cities, such as Castelldefelds, for example.
