Part of the premises with an area of 275 m2 consists of a vestibule, office and 9 rooms, 8 of which are equipped with individual toilet. This wing does not have a tourist license, and shall be for terms of more than one month. The second part of premises with total area of 225 m2 distributed over 10 rooms, office, lobby and common area for relaxing. There is a license for tourist rental on 7 rooms, other 3 rooms in this wing can be used only as residential. At the moment the hostel is rented by the management company until June 2027.
Utility costs and real estate tax IBI is paid by the tenant.
Rental income is 4. 8% per annum in 2015 and then increases to 5. 6% by 2019.
