Monthly rent: 25,554. 40 euros. Deposit from the lessee: € 51,108. 80 (two monthly payments) Bank guarantee against non-payment of rent: € 102,217. 60 (four monthly payments).

The annual property tax is paid by the owner (landlord). At the moment, repair and construction works are being carried out to improve the hangar condition, with an estimated cost of 350,000. 00 euros.
