The building, constructed in 2001, is proposed in classical style to match the general appearance of the buildings located on the main transport highway of the Gothic Quarter of the Old Town - st. Via Laetana. 

The building is 7 stories high: on the first floor there is a commercial premise. Floors from the second to the sixth are designed for office space or can be redeveloped for residential apartments. The last, the seventh floor, is made as a penthouse, with a private terrace, from where the chic views of the city, the sea, the port, the cathedral, the Sagrada Familia, etc. are opened. The basement floor is designed for office and storage space. 

Within a 3-minute walk are two L4, Jaume I and Barceloneta metro stations. To Plaza Catalunya 10 minutes walk. The sea is a 5-minute walk away.
