Exclusive villa U-SELVA in a prestigious golf residence. The design project, which built this villa, received a prize at an international competition. The authors used a combination of the foundations of classical architecture with modern design. The result was an excellent villa in the Mediterranean style. The peculiarity of the structure is the U shape, which gives it a certain isolation and privacy. The covered terrace has a glass ceiling, providing comfort at any time of the year. Combined with a garden and a relaxation area, with a large cascading pool, forms a cozy and functional space. Of the three bedrooms, two of which are SUITE, there are views of the golf course and the pine forest.
