There are local and international schools within walking distance of this house. Golf is located in the neighboring atalaya and Guadalmina. Puerto Banus and the Estepona city's portal are a short drive from the hotel, in which you can stroll along the paseo to Puerto Bans and further to Marbella.

It really is a lovely family home in a safe and secure place with a good sized compliant garden for children to play. This villa has been updated in the current family to good modern standards, including new kitchens and in the bathrooms. There is a large covered and open terrace in which to wine, dine and relax and unwind, including a built-in barbecue. This house is all about entertaining families and friends.

There is a door in the hallway that will take you to a beautiful bright living / dining room with windows overlooking the garden and terrace. In the living room there is a fireplace in one of the walls, and the dining area is on the other side of the room, again with windows facing the terrace. There are built-in closets to one end of the hall.

The garden is completely surrounded by a wall that surrounds all the property and there is a video intercom to your house with electric gates. There is enough space for sun loungers in the garden, which faces south and the sun all day. There are sheds for storage of garden tools and sun beds, when not in use.
