The site is located on the North coast of Koh Phangan. A small and very peaceful Bay. White sand, a wide beach strip and always clean waters make this Bay special charm. There are a few good hotels. The proposed site occupies the Western part of the Bay and it is this Bay ends. The land has a gradual rise.
The island is quite large, there are several 5* hotels. A large selection of restaurants, bars and night clubs.
By speed boat to the pier near the airport about 20 minutes. By car to the public pier in 25 minutes.
On the island, construction began on the airport to service planes business class.
