Description
Object - the original architecture of a brick building built in the early twentieth century in which
originally housed part of "His Imperial Majesty's Meat Cannery Factory"
Austrian army of the time of the 1st World War.
The building was part of the scenery in the filming of the film "Paganini" (England / Germany)
in 2013.
The building is on a plot of 2200 sq. m.
and consists of an office-residential and production-warehouse part.
The structure of the object includes a wooden "warehouse" with an area of 400 sq. m.
The total area of the office and residential part: approx. 300 sq. M (14 rooms and a cellar).
Area of production-folded part: approx. 400 sq. m. (8 rooms).
Above the production-folding part, under the roof are 16 rooms with windows in the roof,
a total area of about 350 sq. m. These premises can be used both office and
warehouses. Possible their adaptation to housing.
The building is reconstructed - it has a modern system of power supply and gas heating,
as well as a unified system of sewerage and drainage of rainwater. The building needs a small renovation
and final finishing.
There is the possibility of residence, registration of a work permit and residence permit.
