This small village consists of 26 beautiful villas and bungalows in the most picturesque part of Limassol, in Souni

The main feature of the area is a combination of pine forest with beautiful sea views. This area is remarkable from an archaeological point of view. On the road from Souni to Limassol there are ruins of spherical houses very similar to the ruins in Hirokitiya, dated 5000 years BC. Until now, the ruins of old sugar factories, on which sugar was produced for export to Venice, have also been preserved. On the eastern part of Souni flow and merge together 3-4 sources, which supply water to the entire territory of the Ancient Curium. When building villas, much attention was paid to the size of the gardens, where residents can enjoy a romantic view of the Mediterranean sunset, as the houses in the project are directed to the north-west.
