Scott Braunrigg's office brings together architects, urban planners, urban designers, urban planners and interior designers. Due to its level of work, it is in the top 20 rating of architectural bureaus in the United Kingdom and is one of the five best in the world in the design of complex defense facilities.

This innovative project, designed to the highest standards, is a five-story building with an open view of the sea.

The crystalline massif of the building is located on the mountainside under the protection of an exoskeleton solar shield. The design of the project is carried out in accordance with strict rules of seismic stability. Large consoles - cantilevers provide a dynamic and changing composition. Such a project is unique in its kind in Cyprus, it combines commercial vision and excellent design created by award-winning architects Scott Brownrigg

The crystalline massif of the building is reinforced by vertical colored frameless glasses - fins that interrupt the floors horizontals. This connection of contours with verticals creates a dynamic rhythm and a sculptural pattern of the glass structure as a whole. This strong visual architectural element (from lighting and spatial sensations to textures and materials) is an integral part of the design strategy and gives unique impressions to residents and guests.

During the day, the reflection of colored glass in each other gives rise to a constantly changing palette. Such careful selection of the material will be distinctive for this place and the whole district, becoming a bright landmark and a landmark for the city of Limassol.

In addition, at night, the illuminated colored fins and exoskeleton shield recreate the vivid and lively image of the architectural pearl, leaving no one passer-by.

The building will continue to amaze with outdoor public and private areas. The extensive gray granite finish of the square in front of the building is animated by a vertical 7-meter glass prism of the tower clock and ground illumination, which disrupt the routine of a formal piazza.

The noise of the running water will become a welcoming background and will bring out the characteristic acoustic notes.
