The facility consists of two houses located in one of the districts of Duisburg, in the northern part.

A total of 13 apartments. The area is 62-75 sq. m. The houses were built in 1966 and 1972. Both are in good condition.

All apartments are 3 rooms, with kitchen, hallway, bathroom. Some have balconies. The bathrooms have been renovated. Replaced by drains, in 2014, the roof. The facades have been repaired.

The houses themselves are located in a convenient location. Up to all significant objects are not more than 500 meters, that is all is within walking distance. Good transport supply with Duisburg, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Dortmund.
