The proposed guest house is located in the Mettmann district, east of Dsseldorf.

This historic building is a construction with 12 rooms, handed over to guests and a dwelling. In the annex there is a living room, as well as on the attic floor of the main building.

Rooms with their own bathrooms. There is a large patio with a garage for 4-5 cars. The facade of the building is made in the Half-timbered style.

In the main building you will find high ceilings, old style elements, massive oak staircases, double glazed windows, vaulted ceilings.

In the annexe and the premises, the owner needs a small repair.

The house is located in the historical place of the district. Nearby are located both shopping and pedestrian areas, as well as all infrastructure facilities, new shopping centers. In the vicinity there are many sports facilities, including a golf club, an equestrian club, and a tennis court. Also in the area there are many park areas for walking and rest.
