The proposed apartment house is located in the heart of Krefeld.

The house has only 12 apartments of 3 on each floor and a small area, which is quite popular now.

In the house systematic repairs were carried out for me. The last in 2014, the renovation of 4 bathrooms and heating systems, sewer canals. In 2016, the front door was replaced.

The house itself is located 200 meters from the center and pedestrian streets. In walking distance is also the main station, public transport lines, infrastructure facilities, shops, cafes, restaurants.
