Description

This beautiful, renovated half of the house, designed for two families, is located in the prestigious district of Munich Zolln-Forstenried. The living area is 141 m ^ 2. To the bright living room on the first floor of the building there is an open kitchen of modern design and there is also a dining room.

In 2010, the second floor was completely refurbished. The rooms were laid with parquet, and bathrooms were improved. In 2012, the heating system was re-equipped.

The cost of half the house will be 995 000 euros, including the cost of parking space in the garage.

Forstreen is primarily a residential area. To this day, it retains its distinctive historic rural atmosphere. Far outside the city is known the Church of the Holy Cross, who owns the Roman crucifix, which is credited with miraculous healings. The district is bordered by one of the favorite places of rest of the townspeople - the Forstenrieder park.

Although the park is called the Forstenrieder Park, but part of the Forstenrieder, it is no longer. However, this circumstance does not take too much of the minds of the inhabitants of Munich: the park is so loved by all in the Bavarian capital that it does not occur to them to attach great importance to such facts.

More than forty-three kilometers of tracks for cyclists and pedestrians are laid in this wonderful park, and riders are also not forgotten: you can flaunt on a horse by specially prepared trails.

Do you like sports? There is nothing better than Forstrenried Park! In summer it is pleasant and convenient to go jogging and roller-skating, in winter it is good for fans of cross-country skiing (of course, if enough snow falls).

And if you went to Forstenrieder Park, be sure to look into its protected area, there are observation points, from which you can see many interesting things from the life of wild animals: foxes, badgers, deer and roe deer. This is interesting for adults and, of course, for children. During the winter months in this part of the park you can watch how the animals are fed. A rare chance falls on those who are interested in the life of wild boars, they are almost impossible to notice in nature, they are so cautious, but in Forstenrieder Park one must observe special rules of behavior when meeting with these animals.

Away from the historical center, large residential buildings predominate. In the 60s of the 20th century, when the problem of housing in Munich became acute, Forstenried began to grow rapidly, to be built up by residential areas, which served to inflow the population and balanced the overall situation. In addition to multi-storey houses, you will find in Vorsterrain a whole block of modern houses designed for one or two families with small gardens, such houses are in high demand, in great demand among families with children and in the elderly. The center of Munich from here is convenient and fast to reach by public transport, and the pace of life of the area itself remains calm and calm, as in the good old days.
