Montevarchi: a Wonderful old estate in need of restoration, was built on the remains of a 12th century castle. This very interesting residence, which in the middle ages was part of the castle owned by the Conti Guidi and then Arezzo, in our time, is a very elegant countryside Tuscan Villa surrounded by a beautiful Park.
Building: the building area of 500 sqm on two levels has a simple but massive structure. The neat facade is characterized by neo-classic features with symmetrical arched Windows and Central balcony. At the entrance to the house is a spacious entrance hall and two living rooms, one left and one right. Staircase of Pietra Serena (grey stone, typical of Tuscany) comes on very bright second floor with 5 dining rooms, Studio, kitchen, pantry, toilet, 6 bedrooms and bathrooms. In the back of the house accessible via the first floor, there is a hangar and a shed for storing firewood. All the floors are original and made from quality materials, the ceilings are partly of wood and terracotta tiles and partly of cement.
