In a charming place, known for its unique wine, Brunello di Montalcino, sale in the wine business, which covers an area of 86 hectares, located in the South-West.
The area consists of: new planting grapes - 8 hectares, planted in 2003-2004. Sangiovese and Rosso di Montalcino, 1 hectare of Cabernet and Merlot, all in production; also 25 hectares of arable land that is suitable for all vineyards that can grow to a potential manufacturer.
The rest of the territory is occupied by olive planting, wood and raw earth.
The complex consists of: country houses, one renovated, the other needs a complete renovation. The first restored house consists of two apartments on the second floor, a total area of 400 sqm and the large cellar area is 445 sq metres on the ground floor. The second house has an area of 1000 sq ft and requires complete restoration.
There is also an additional building of 230 sq m, used as a business hangar. The estate sold as a whole, including equipment and unsold wine.
