The impressive winery is located in one of the most beautiful and promising areas of Tuscany, among the gentle hills, the so-called crete of the senezi, bordering the valley of Valdorchia.

The farm has an extensive laboratory and a large wine cellar and produces various types of excellent meat delicacies and wine.

In the center of the estate is an old villa with frescoes, where the wife of the feudal lord Kachchakonti, Beata Bonicella Kaczaconti retired for prayers as early as 1200. In addition to the villa, which covers an area of 1,700 square meters, there are three large buildings and a former brick bricks factory on the territory. In two beautifully restored buildings there is an agrotourism hotel with a swimming pool, a master's house, staff apartments, a church, a chapel, a wine cellar, additional rooms and annexes with a total area of 3500 sq. m.

In another complex of buildings the estate houses a meat farm and a dairy, offices, apartments for workers, a pigsty and annexes with a total area of 2,950 sq. m. And a former brick burning factory with an area of 600 sq. m.
