On a hill in the heart of Tuscany, a few minutes from the center of Trekvanda, we offer for sale this interesting winery.

Located among the pristine landscapes, the winery was located on the territory of 110 hectares, of which 7 hectares are occupied by vineyards.

The farm includes the main house and outbuildings for domestic use. The building is a typical Tuscan stone house of ancient construction. Recently renovated with excellent finishes, the house is located on two levels for a total of 650 square meters with the following plan: on the first floor there is a living room, entrance hall, large living room, kitchen, dining room and three bedrooms with bathroom.

From the end of the main house were built extensions used as stables, a tank for agricultural equipment, warehouses, bathrooms and terraces, all with a total covered surface area of 350 square meters.

Land: The company extends to 110 hectares of hilly land, of which 33 hectares of arable land, 6 hectares of pastureland, 63 hectares of forest, 1 hectare of olive trees and 7 hectares of vineyards.

The farm is traditionally engaged in the production of excellent wines in the areas of Cret Senesi and Val di Orcia, on the border with famous lands, where the famous cities of Montalcino and Montepulciano are located.

All grapes are fermented in its pure form, in such a way that the yield of young vines is separated from those harvested from vineyards in full maturity and are intended for the production of wine of less demanding quality for wine.
