An amazing villa is located 100 meters from the sea in the heart of the Emerald Coast. Designed by the architect Coulelle, is sustained in architectural forms and using materials typical of the Mediterranean.

The spacious bright living room turns into a veranda surrounded by a well-kept garden with a swimming pool with hydromassage and all kinds of recreation areas. The villa consists of two bedrooms (a bedroom with a double bed and a child with three sleeping places), each of which has its own bathroom and master bedroom, located on the top floor and equipped with a furnished road with amazing sea views.

The annex opposite the pool includes two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the villa there is also a laundry and a room for staff with three beds, a summer kitchen in the open air with a dining area and an internal parking.
