A unique plot of land in the village of Rezevici on the first line of the sea in a picturesque place of the Budva Riviera.

The site with its own sandy beach is located between St. Stephen and Petrovac. The area of the plot is 24,700 m2. On the site there is a road, electricity and water. The site is taken out of the green zone.

The construction of a residential complex with a total area of 30,000 m2 and a 5,000 m2 hotel complex is allowed. The total building area is 35000 m2. The cost of the project includes obtaining technical and urban conditions for construction.
